Endometriosis, PCOS, Hysterectomy?

I went to this naturopath for a couple of years, but my pains were still pretty consistent and it didn’t seem to be helping long term. Some of my pains seemed like they were related to hormones and my menstrual cycle, so I decided to see my gynecologist to talk to her as well to see if it could be endometriosis and if I could get a hysterectomy. My gynecologist asked me if I had ever been tested for Endometriosis and I told her I had an ultrasound a couple of years ago and they looked for Endo then but didn’t find anything. She told me that really wasn’t the best way to see if they could diagnose Endo as that doesn’t show everything. The only way they could truly diagnose it was to go in laparoscopically and see if I had Endo and if I did they would remove it. She also told me that they have found Endo in other places in the body like the stomach, intestines, and even the brain. I was skeptical about this route because I’ve had a number of friends that had the Endo procedure done and their Endo came back a couple of years later.
I talked to my gyno about a hysterectomy as well, but since I was so young she didn’t recommend this surgery. She said I would have to be on hormone medicine for quite a while if I had a hysterectomy. Again, I didn’t really want to be on meds, so I wasn’t sure that this was the best solution for me. I talked with some of my co-workers at my previous job and one of them told me about a new clinic in Mandan that focuses on chiropractic care, naturopathy, and dietetics. I just wasn’t sure if I wanted to see them because I already saw a naturopathic doctor and she wasn’t really helping me that much.
Fast forward to a couple of months later, when I went on a family vacation to Memphis and Nashville and I ended up being sick for most of the trip and missing out on some family time. Not only was I sick on our vacation, but I was also sick when we got back and ended up missing more work. When I finally got back to work, I asked my coworker what the name of that clinic was that she recommended and I immediately called and made my first appointment.
