Stool Test Results Shows Major Improvement!

I started seeing Dr. Steve a couple of times a week to help alleviate my stomach pains. I did this for the next six months and then went to see him once a week and had an x-ray again to see how much I improved. I would still see Dr. Cara every few months as well to see how much improvement I was making. I was making some progress, but again still had more bad days than good days, so we decided to run more tests again.

I got to redo the stool test again! If you haven’t done this test before or don’t know what it entails, it is literally as gross as it sounds. You literally have to test your stool every time you have a bowel movement and then put it in the freezer to preserve it until you are ready to send it back to the lab. The second time I completed the stool tests, the results were night and day. As a reminder, the first time I did the stool test I was a 10 for inflammation, and the second time around, which was about a year difference, my inflammation was at 0. The stool test still showed that I had some candida, but the results of this stool test were so much better and much more improved. This is another reason that I found 180 Health Solutions really helpful. They don’t guess, they rely on test results to track your improvement and diagnose what’s really going on.

Now that the stool test results came back showing improvement, the next test they wanted to perform was a hormone test. I had a lot of stomach pains around my menstrual cycle, so they wanted to run a hormone test to see where my hormone levels were at. That test definitely showed that my hormones were out of whack and needed some work. Dr. Cara also recommended doing cycle syncing. If you're not familiar with cycle syncing, it’s basically focusing on eating different foods during different phases throughout your cycle.
